  • Store locations
  • Inventory levels
  • Real-time product availability
  • User engagement metrics with the Store Locator

We use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Store Locator and related services. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements and analytics.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as you use our services. Upon written request, we will delete your data from our systems. After account closure, you may request data deletion at any time.

3. Data Sharing

StoreLocators uses your data primarily to power your Store Locator and provide related services. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Any sharing of data is limited to what's necessary to provide and maintain our services, or as required by law. We're committed to protecting your data and using it responsibly.

You can download your data from your dashboard at any time. If you require assistance, you may also request a data export from our support team.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will:

  • Notify affected customers within 72 hours of discovery
  • Provide a report of the breach and its potential impact
  • Take immediate steps to secure all systems and prevent further unauthorized access

7. Regulatory Compliance

StoreLocators complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection regulations. We regularly review and update our practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

8. Policy Updates

We periodically update our data protection policies and practices. You will be notified of any significant changes, and the most current version of this TOS will always be available on our website.

9. Law Enforcement and Government Requests

We comply with valid law enforcement and government agency requests for data. We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.

10. AI and Machine Learning

We use AI and machine learning technologies to enhance our services, including improving product discovery and optimizing inventory tracking. These technologies process your data as described in Section 1.

11. Usage Limitations

You agree not to scrape or bulk download data from our service. We provide API access for legitimate data needs. While you own your data and can use it as you see fit, reselling of data obtained through our service is prohibited without our express permission.

12. Intellectual Property and Access Restrictions

12.1 Reverse Engineering

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how, or other information from the StoreLocators service (collectively, "Reverse Engineering") or permit or induce the foregoing.

12.2 Access Sharing

You shall not share access to your StoreLocators admin account or any related administrative tools with third parties without our express written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, API keys, or any other means of accessing your account's administrative functions.

12.3 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the StoreLocators service, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by StoreLocators. Nothing in this agreement transfers any such rights to you except for the limited license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

13. Service Uptime and Guarantees

We strive for 100% uptime. In case of prolonged service disruption, we will work with affected customers to make it right, which may include service credits or other appropriate compensation.

14. Dispute Resolution

We believe in fair and amicable resolution of any issues. In the event of a dispute, we commit to working with you to find a mutually satisfactory solution. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with Ontario law.
