You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how, or other information from the StoreLocators service (collectively, "Reverse Engineering") or permit or induce the foregoing.
You shall not share access to your StoreLocators admin account or any related administrative tools with third parties without our express written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, API keys, or any other means of accessing your account's administrative functions.
All intellectual property rights in the StoreLocators service, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by StoreLocators. Nothing in this agreement transfers any such rights to you except for the limited license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
We strive for 100% uptime. In case of prolonged service disruption, we will work with affected customers to make it right, which may include service credits or other appropriate compensation.
We believe in fair and amicable resolution of any issues. In the event of a dispute, we commit to working with you to find a mutually satisfactory solution. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with Ontario law.
